Yilmaz Bayar is a Professor at the Department of Public Finance in Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Institute of Social Sciences in Istanbul University, Turkiye. His main research areas cover financial economics, entrepreneurship, international economics, environmental economics, energy economics, and health economics. His many peer-reviewed scientific articles have been published in WOS and Scopus indexed journals.
He will present the plenary lecture entitled: ICT Penetration and Stock Market Development: Insights from the Emerging Markets.
