The conference fee is 150 EUR (18,000 RSD) and is charged per accepted full paper or abstract. For submissions where the first author is a PhD student, the fee is 100 EUR (12,000 RSD). This applies to all presentation modes (in person or online). The conference fee covers the publication of proceedings and conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunch for presenters. In addition, each conference participant pays a participation fee of 50 EUR (6,000 RSD), which covers conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunch for participant.
Submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, so early submission is highly encouraged to ensure that the committee members have ample time to review the papers.
Payment Reference Number is assigned to each submission after completion of the online registration form and it will be sent to the corresponding author in the official letter of acceptance. Please insert the Payment Reference Number during the payment of fee, in order to make the identification of your payment easier.
Note: Banking fees are not included in the price. Be sure that the total amount of the conference fee is transferred into the Conference account. During the payment at the bank, take care that the option of sharing banking fees with the recipient (SHA) is disabled. Authors who pay less due to dismissing this fact will be requested to pay the missing amount subsequently.
