Nemanja Berber, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica, Serbia. His primary research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior and corporate social responsibility. He has authored and co-authored numerous scientific papers and has attended several national and international scientific conferences. Dr. Berber is a member of the European Marketing and Management Association – EUMMAS. He is engaged in several Eramsus+ and IPA CBC projects, as well as in scientific projects on provincial and national levels.
He will present the plenary lecture entitled: Employees work-life balance in contemporary business environemtn in Serbia.
