Tomasz Ingram is a professor and a head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management Innovation. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland. His research interests mainly cover areas such as entrepreneurship, organizational resilience, family business, human resource management and management methods, but he is also interested in other fields related to strategic management.
He will present the plenary lecture entitled: Harmony in complexity: Leveraging fsQCA to clarify the influence of organizational resilience on firm performance in family businesses.
