The presentation of each accepted conference paper is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Due to the large number of papers and other factors accompanying the conference, the organizers need to know the precise number of presenters and their names. This is why we provided the ONLINE FORM inwhich each corresponding author should indicate whether the paper will be presented and in which way. Please select one of the following options from the drop-down list next to the paper(s) you submitted:

- Yes_oral presentation(in person)
- Yes_presentation at the panel session
- Yes_online presentation
Then, enter the person’s full name who will present the paper.
The final deadline for declaring is Wednesday, May 17th, 11 AM (GMT+2). Based on this information, the presentations will be organized, and a detailed schedule (program) will be created and provided to the authors. Presenters are advised to prepare their presentations according to the IMCSM23 presentation template or the IMCSM23 poster template (for the panel session) found in the attachment. We kindly request that all presenters stick to the 10-minute time limit per presentation.
