The conference fee is 150 EUR or 18,000 RSD, and it is paid for each accepted full paper or abstract, not per author. This applies irrespective of the presentation mode (in person or online). It covers the publication of proceedings, conference material, coffee breaks, and lunch.
Submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, so early submission is highly encouraged to ensure that the committee members have ample time to review the papers. Submit a proposal by April 5, 2024, and if your proposal is accepted, you will receive a 30 EUR discount on the early-bird registration fee.
Payment Reference Number is assigned to each submission after completion of the online registration form and it will be sent to the corresponding author in the official letter of acceptance. Please insert the Payment Reference Number during the payment of fee, in order to make the identification of your payment easier.
Note: Banking fees are not included in the price. Be sure that the total amount of the conference fee is transferred into the Conference account. During the payment at the bank, take care that the option of sharing banking fees with the recipient (SHA) is disabled. Authors who pay less due to dismissing this fact will be requested to pay the missing amount subsequently.
